Adoption at Revelation Gardens begins with connection.
Our cats and dogs live in home-like spaces where you can spend time with them, get to know their personalities, and see who you naturally connect with.
Meet Our Rescues
Before you begin looking through their profiles, we’d like you to know we have three categories of animals:
- Looking for a Home: These animals are outgoing and ready for a home of their own
- Right Home Required: Some rescues are shy or have special needs or simply need a person willing to give them a little extra time.
- Sanctuary Residents – Second Location: These rescues are listed on our sponsor page rather than on this page due to being permanent residents of our sanctuary. These rescues are our longest-term residents and will benefit most from a sponsor’s ongoing support.

We encourage you to come visit—even if you don’t already have a particular animal in mind. Tell us a little about yourself, your home, your lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a companion. Because we know the animals in our care, we may be able to introduce you to someone you hadn’t considered.

Ready to adopt?
Once you’ve found a rescue you’d like to welcome into your family, the first step is completing our adoption application.
Our adoption process is designed to help create lasting matches. We’ll talk with you about the animal you’ve chosen and make sure their personality, needs, and energy level are a good fit for your home and lifestyle. We’ll also verify references and, in some circumstances—particularly with dog adoptions—may conduct a home visit.
We aren’t looking for a perfect home. We’re looking for the right fit for both you and the animal.
Our adoption fee is $125 and includes spay/neuter, current rabies vaccination, and flea/tick prevention (the fee for bonded pairs is $150 for both).
Once your application is approved, we’ll schedule a time to complete the adoption paperwork and welcome your new family member home.
