Come Spend Time With Us

Revelation Gardens isn’t a traditional animal shelter. Our cats and dogs live in home-like spaces where they can feel safe, comfortable and loved. Come meet them where they feel at home
What A Visit Is Like
This Isn’t A Shelter Visit

Pull up a chair. Sit on the floor. Let a curious cat come investigate you, or simply spend some quiet time with one who needs a little company.
Revelation Gardens was created to give rescued cats and dogs something that feels as much like home as possible. That means our visitors aren’t standing outside cages looking in. You’re invited into their spaces.
Some animals may greet you immediately. Others may watch from across the room until THEY decide to come investigate. That’s part of the experience.
Who Can Visit?

You don’t have to be looking to adopt.
Come because you love animals. Come because you’d like some quiet time with a cat. Come with your family. Bring someone who could use a little joy.
And yes, if you’re looking for your next companion, visiting is a wonderful way to meet our adoptable residents without rushing the process.
Your Visit Helps Them, Too
Your Visit Matters

Visitors aren’t simply receiving something from our animals. You’re giving something to them, too.
Time spent petting, playing, brushing or simply sitting nearby gives our residents enrichment, socialization and human connection. And it helps our team provide more individual attention than they can on their own.
Don’t Forget The Dogs
Cats Aren’t The Only Ones Who Enjoy Company

Revelation Gardens is a cat and dog sanctuary. Opportunities to interact with both cats and dogs exist, but vary according to personalities, needs and individual circumstances.

Be Part of Their Hope
There is no charge to visit Revelation Gardens. If your time here moves you to help, donations help provide food, veterinary care, medications and a safe home for the animals who live here.

You may arrive thinking you’re giving an animal a little of your time.
Don’t be surprised if you leave feeling like they gave you something too.
