Keoto is a very timid boy who tends to hang out in the background of our rescue environment. Keoto is healthy, neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. Keoto will potty outside of the litter box if he is scared. He will need a home that is low energy, quiet and a person who gives him the time he needs to feel safe.
